Camp Rentals
If your church or ministry would like to rent our facilities for your own camp event, then this is the place for more information, fees, and contracts.
We have used Forward Bible Conference Center for our Fall Camp for international students for many years. TJ, Mitch, and the other staff there are excellent in their care for our students. The food is just like home cooking and our students love the climbing wall and other activities. The chapel has recently been renovated and is fantastic for our group. The price for rental groups, like our group, is very reasonable. This year, TJ even made a video of our Fall Camp and showed it to us the last day. We were able to post the video on social media so that everyone can see what a great time we had at Forward Bible Conference Center!

Meeting Areas
We have several meeting areas, both indoor and outdoor for a variety of different size groups. We have a chapel that will seat up to 120, has Heat and Air, and A/V. We have an outdoor fire circle that will also seat 120. There is an indoor dining area that will seat 50 and an outdoor dining area that will seat 120. At our Harmony House, small groups of up to 20 can meet.
Climbing Wall
Climbing wall has additional cost for our rental groups (See fees list). We need to know that your would like the Climbing Wall at least 1 month before your event. Our Climbing Wall is 36 feet tall.
Trails
We are right across the street from miles of trails. There are hiking trails, biking trails, and many beautiful views. From the top of Bald Mountain (a nice 2.5 mile hike each way), you can see Folsom Lake and Mount Diablo on a clear day.
Harmony House
The Harmony House is our most home-like housing. During the summer, we house many of our staff here, so that they have a nice place to relax and hang out.
